Thank you for your interest in the 2020 CNUSD Festival of the Arts

The event is on Saturday, March 21 from 11am to 4pm at Corona Heritage Park and Museum: 510 W. Foothill Parkway, Corona 92882 

We look forward to your participation this year!

The spirit of celebrating creativity in the arts and the amazing achievements of our Visual and Performing Arts students, is what makes the CNUSD Festival of the Arts such a successful, family-friendly event. With this in mind, we focus on inviting vendors who create their own art, crafts and products as a matter of business or hobby.

With an opportunity to reach 5-7000 people, all of our participants benefit significantly from the exposure created by being part of CNUSD’s signature visual and performing arts event. For service providers and community groups, our festival is the perfect place to interact with people of all ages and share information about your organization.

We provide vendor spaces for use under the following categories: arts, crafts and product vendors, food vendors, service providers, student/parent booster groups and community organizations- like the Public Library or the Police Department.

Our vendor rental space fee for the first four abovementioned categories this year is $35.  These fees are completely and directly used toward student awards in our annual Gallery Student Art Show.  The limited spaces we hold for community service organizations are free of charge, with the stipulation that they provide a free creative activity for event guests.

Non-profit organizations- parent/student booster clubs included- that are classified as a 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 and operate within non-profit guidelines are permitted to raise funds via donations.

Franchise businesses that provide goods and services on a small scale in the name of a larger business entity (e.g. Scensy, Cookie Lee, etc.…) find the festival to be an accessible avenue for building a solid base of relationships and leads for your client base. A limited number of booths for this purpose will be made available.

Local licensed businesses that operate on a small scale are a vital component of our local economy- enhancing our community and quality of life. The partnerships between small businesses and the CNUSD Festival of the Arts can make a large number of people aware of your business and help to develop relationships that lead to growth.

Large businesses are essential to our community and are welcomed to participate in the festival in a few important ways. You can have an information booth, you could provide an art activity, you could sell products or services. If you are interested in being a festival sponsor and learning more about how involvement in the festival can increase exposure for your business, please contact Darin Jones at dmjones@cnusd.k12.ca.us                  

Creative Family and children’s activities are a cornerstone of the CNUSD Festival of the Arts. These activities provide an entertaining balance for kids and adults who are looking for more to do than shop the booths and grab a bite to eat.  Community Groups receive a free booth because they are willing to supply and provide such an activity. 

If you would like to provide an activity for a fee- like making dreamcatchers, for instance, you would fall under the category of a product vendor.  It is also possible to both sell products and provide an activity for a fee.  Historically, vendors that do this, make significantly more money- therefore, the booth rental fee for this combination of product with an activity for a fee would be $45.

An Activities Vendor is an entity that can set up and manage the operations of their own Festival attractions in the space allowed.
