Kindergarten will remain split into two cohorts and attend Monday-Friday for 2 hours. Updated schedule

Arrival:              8:25- 8:40 a.m.                                           10:40-10:55 a.m.

Dismissal:        10:10 a.m.                                                    12:25 p.m.

1-6 Grade: Cohorts A and B will be combined, and all students will attend Monday-Friday for 4 hours and 15 minutes. Students will receive a 15-minute nutrition break in which they will be provided a free breakfast snack by Child Nutrition Services, or they may bring their own from home. They will also be allotted brain breaks throughout the day. All students will also receive a grab-and-go lunch at the end of the day

Arrival: 8:25  - 8:40 a.m.

Dismissal: 12:25   Walkers/Bike Riders (Kinder Cohort B Siblings)

               12:30   Last Name A- 0

               12:40  Last Name P-Z

Gates open at 8:25 a.m. (10:40 a.m. for Cohort B Kinder). Students are not allowed to be dropped off earlier than arrival time since there is no supervision and we need to avoid having students/families congregating in front of the gates. As a reminder, students have a 15-minute window to get to class.  Any late students (after 15 minute window time frame)  need to enter thru the office to obtain a tardy pass and go thru temperature check

Grade level entry gates have not changed

All adults and children must have a face covering on, covering face and mouth, when on school grounds (please abide to the "Face Mask Required Beyond this Point" signage)

Adults and children are still required to adhere to social distancing during arrival and dismissal and keep their 6ft distance from others

Parents may not park in school staff parking spots

Do not cut through drop off/pick up lanes when walking.  Please use appropriate walkways as a safety precaution

Drivers- please be mindful of vehicles waiting in the pick up lane and do not use second lane to cut through to get to the front of the line (red cones will be placed to avoid cutting thru lanes)

Do not drop off/pick up on any red zones (red cones will be placed)

Please do not move any of the red cones- we need them to assist with the flow of traffic

Students will not be allowed to wait by the tree on Whispering Hills for their vehicle- there is no staff member present to supervise.  Students will be asked to go to the pick up location in front of the school

It is very important to pick up your child on time to avoid large groups of students waiting

Please note, we will now have double the amount of students arriving and dismissing from campus at the same time.  This means that our traffic lines will be longer.  It will be imperative that you reiterate your drop off and pick up plans to your child.  We will also need everyone to abide by the traffic and safety rules around campus.

We appreciate your support and cooperation in working together to bring all students in one cohort and keeping safety a top priority!
